The Structural Fix for the DJI O4 Pro.
This conversion kit replaces the stock plastic housing of the DJI O4 Pro camera with CNC-machined 7075 Aluminum. It is designed to address mechanical weaknesses in the stock unit, specifically sensor ejection, while converting the mounting pattern to the industry standard.

Key Features:
Prevents Sensor Ejection: Replaces the fragile stock plastic latches with a secured aluminum housing, preventing the lens and sensor assembly from separating or ejecting during crashes.
Modular Protection: Includes a Nylon Lens Hood that clamps the lens to the sensor to prevent focus shift and impact damage. This hood is removable for ultra-lightweight builds.
Passive Cooling: The internal aluminum surface interfaces directly with the sensor's heat dissipation area, turning the housing into a passive heatsink to prevent overheating/blackouts.
Standardized Mounting: Maintains the stock 20mm camera width but converts the mounting points to the standard DJI O3 / V1 pattern.
Compatibility: Fits the original ERA Nylon Camera Cage and most standard FPV frames.
Bonus: Fully compatible with DJI O3 ND Filters.

Important Notes / Disclaimer: The kit is fully functional without the Nylon Lens Hood. We recommend running "Light Mode" (No Hood) only for Toothpicks or Whoops where weight is critical.
For Freestyle and Bando flying, we strongly recommend installing the Nylon Lens Hood. It absorbs impact energy and physically holds the lens in place to prevent it from pulling out of the sensor threads during hard crashes.
