What shippings methods are available?

For smaller parcels the Royal Mail 1st Class postage option is available, for everything else we have the option for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and also 1-2 Day service by DHL and DPD. PLEASE NOTE: Any products containing batteries will have to be sent via the courier option.

When will you get more stock?

We are continuously getting new stock and if an item is out of stock in some cases you will be able to place a back order. If items are not re-stocked immediately then it may take between 1-3 weeks.

How long will it take to receive my package?

For orders made by 1pm we will try our utmost to dispatch the same day.

1st Class RM: Usually delivered with 1-2 days excludes Sundays, and Saturdays in some areas.

Courier (DHL/DPD): 1-2 Working Days

What payment options do you provide?

Our site accepts Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major debit and credit cards.

Where does the stock ship from?

All stock is dispatched from our premises here in the UK.

How do I make contact for any queries?

The best way to contact is to fill in the form on the contact page, we do have the live-chat option as well as our phone lines but due to the current climate here in the UK the latter two options may not be available all the time.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can do a much quicker checkout and payment by using Apple Pay or G Pay which will not require creating an account, you can also checkout as a guest.
